1. Eligibility for Returns
•Returns are accepted only for products purchased directly from our website.
•Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
•Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
•Opened or used health & wellness products.
•Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
•Customized or special-order items.
3. Refund Process
•All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds may be denied if the product is found opened or used.
•Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
•For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
•Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
•If you receive a defective or wrong item, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
4. Return Shipping
•Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.
